The Project

The Deloitte Summit is a new 25-storey office tower made up of several clusters of four-storey steel-framed cubes arranged around a central concrete core. The project is LEED Gold, Rick Hansen Certified, and is scheduled to become Carbon Neutral in 2023 once some equipment is switched over to electricity instead of natural gas.

Deloitte occupies the top ten floors including a rooftop floor overlooking the magnificent views of downtown Vancouver, the ocean, and the mountains. The shape of the building and the uniqueness of the layout of each floor caused a major coordination challenge for the project team.

Ouda Project Masters successfully led the project starting at a late stage of design until total completion.
