The Project

Ouda Project Masters was engaged starting at the lease negotiation phase with the landlord, Espace Montmorency. This complex is a zero-carbon building (ZCB) and LEED Silver core and shell. This fully automated smart building is programmed to interact with the tenants’ phones to control building conditions and specified floor access.  

The Deloitte office occupied the 11th floor of this brand-new building. OPM was brought mid-way through the construction of the base building to ensure that Deloitte’s space was built to the lease-agreed conditions. We managed the procurement of the consultants and contractors and managed all phases of design. 

Ouda Project Masters led the design team to achieve LEED Gold Commercial Interiors. Our team provided WELL advisory services to create an environment that promotes health and well-being. The building achieved Rick Hansen certification for a highly accessible space for people with reduced mobility.
