The Project
An existing two storey plus basement apartment building partially caught on fire when the adjacent house caught on fire. Ouda PM was engaged to lead the remaining design scope and to work as construction managers during the execution phase. The project was completed within the allocated budget and was delivered on time to honor the lease agreements signed by the client.
